The Mainland of China : Notice Concerning Issues on Administration of Enterprises Engaging in Export Merchandise Trade Renminbi Settlement

The People's Bank of China, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Commerce, the General Administration of Customs, the State Administration of Taxation and the China Banking Regulatory Commission have recently issued a Notice Concerning Issues on Administration of Enterprises Engaging in Export Merchandise Trade Renminbi Settlement, a copy of which is attached at Appendix (pdf format) for reference.

2. For details of the "Administrative Rules on Pilot Programme of Renminbi Settlement of Cross-border Trade Transactions", please refer to CIC No. 348/2009 dated 3 July 2009.
