The Mainland of China : Guiding Opinions on Expediting the Change in Foreign Trade Development Mode 

The Ministry of Commerce, the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Finance, the People's Bank of China, the General Administration of Customs, the State Administration of Taxation, the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine, the China Banking Regulatory Commission, the China Insurance Regulatory Commission and State Administration of Foreign Exchange have recently issued the "Guiding Opinions on Expediting the Change in Foreign Trade Development Mode" (Guiding Opinions). A copy of the Guiding Opinions is attached at Appendix (pdf format) for reference.
