The Mainland of China : Amendments to "Product Specific Rules" of "Rules of Origin under China-ASEAN Free Trade Area"

The General Administration of Customs issued a notice concerning the amendments to the "Product Specific Rules" of "Rules of Origin under China-ASEAN Free Trade Area", which took effect on 7 December 2011. For details, please refer to a copy of the notice (available in Chinese only) at Appendix (pdf format).

2.For details of the "Administrative Measures on Rules of Origin for Goods Imported and Exported under the 'Framework Agreement on Comprehensive Economic Co-operation between China and ASEAN'", please refer to CIC No. 95/2011 dated 2 February 2011. For details of the "Administrative Procedures for Implementing Rules of Origin under China-ASEAN Free Trade Area", please refer to CIC No. 200/2011 dated 31 March 2011.
