The Mainland of China : Pre-assessment and Pre-registration of Commodity Classification of the Huangpu Customs

The Huangpu Customs issued a notice on 9 December 2011 to announce work relating to the pre-assessment and pre-registration of commodity classification, which took effect on the date of promulgation. A copy of the notice is attached at Appendix (pdf format) for reference.
