The Mainland of China : "Catalogue of Dual-Use Items and Technologies Subject to Export Licensing Administration"

The Ministry of Commerce (MOC) and the General Administration of Customs jointly issued Notice No. 101/2011 on 31 December 2011, announcing the "Catalogue of Dual-use Items and Technologies Subject to Export Licensing Administration", which took effect on 1 January 2012.
