The
Mainland of China : "2012 Catalogue of Commodities Subject to Import
Licensing Administration"
The
Ministry of Commerce (MOC), the General Administration of Customs and
the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine
have issued Notice No. 99/2011 on 30 December 2011, announcing the "2012
Catalogue of Commodities Subject to Import Licensing Administration",
which took effect on 1 January 2012. A copy of the notice is attached
at Appendix (pdf format)
for reference.
