The Mainland of China : Administrative Rules on Pilot Scheme for the Settlement of Overseas Direct investments in Renminbi

The People's Bank of China promulgated on 6 January 2011 the "Administrative Rules on Pilot Scheme for the Settlement of Overseas Direct investments in Renminbi.", which took effect from the date of promulgation. A copy of the notice is attached at Appendix (pdf format) as reference.
