Commercial Information Circular No. 91/2011

The Mainland of China : The Supervision and Administration of Activator, Catalyzer, Abrasives and Fuel Imported by Foreign Invested Enterprises for Processing Export Products of the General Administration of Customs 

The General Administration of Customs issued a notice on 12 January 2011 to announce that reasonable quanitities of activator, catalyzer, abrasives and fuel consumed in production which are imported by foreign invested enterprises for direct use in processing export produtcs in the performance of product export contracts shall be subject to bonded supervision by the customs with effect from 1 March 2011. A copy of the notice is attached at Appendix (pdf format) for reference.
