The Mainland of China : Extension of Anti-Dumping Investigation against Imports of Photographic Paper and Paper Board from the European Union, the United States and Japan

The Ministry of Commerce initiated an anti-dumping investigation against imports of photographic paper and paper board from the European Union, the United States and Japan on 23 December 2010. The relevant tariff codes are 3703 1010, 3703 2010 and 3703 9010. Details of the case were set out in CIC No. 608/2010 dated 24 December 2010.

DETAILS

2.The Ministry of Commerce announced in its Notice No. 88/2011 dated 23 December 2011 the decision to extend the investigation period for the case by 3 months to 23 March 2012.
