The Mainland of China : Notice Concerning Strengthening of the Supervision Management on Food Seasoning and Food Additives

The Ministry of Health, the State Administration for Industry and Commerce, the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine and the State Food and Drug Administration jointly issued a notice concerning the strengthening of the supervision management on food seasoning and food additives. For details, please refer to a copy of the notice (available in Chinese only) at Appendix (pdf format).

2.For details of the "Law of the People's Republic of China on Food Safety" and its implementation regulations, please refer to CIC No. 111/2009 dated 3 March 2009 and CIC No. 380/2009 dated 27 July 2009.
