Commercial Information Circular No. 848/2011

The Mainland of China : Industrial Catalogue for Foreign Investment (2011 Revision)

The National Development and Reform Commission and the Ministry of Commerce jointly promulgated the "Industrial Catalogue for Foreign Investment (2011 Revision)" (the Catalogue) on 24 December 2011, which will take effect on 30 January 2012. The new catalogue will supersede the one issued on 31 October 2007. A copy of the Catalogue is attached at Appendix (pdf format) for reference.
