The Mainland of China : Notice Concerning "Administrative Measures on Tax Rebate for Research and Development Institutions Procuring Domestic Equipments"

The State Administration of Taxation announced a notice concerning the "Administrative Measures on Tax Rebate for Research and Development Institutions Procuring Domestic Equipments". The measure takes effect from 1 January 2011 to 31 December 2015. For details, please refer to a copy of the notice (available in Chinese only) at Appendix (pdf format).

2.For details of the "Notice Concerning Continuation of the Tax Policy for Research and Development Institutions in Procurement of Equipment", please refer to CIC No. 657/2011 dated 21 October 2011.
