The Mainland of China : Guiding Opinions on Promoting the Restructuring and Upgrading of Processing Trade

The Ministry of Commerce, the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, the General Administration of Customs and the State Administration of Taxation have recently issued the "Guiding Opinions on Promoting the Restructuring and Upgrading of Processing Trade" ("Guiding Opinions"), which sets out the goals and policies for the restructuring and upgrading of processing trade. A copy of the Guiding Opinions is attached at Appendix (pdf format) for reference.
