The Mainland of China : "Provisions on Labour Disputes Negotiation and Conciliation of Enterprises"

The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security promulgated on 30 November 2011 the "Provisions on Labour Disputes Negotiation and Conciliation of Enterprises", which will take effect from 1 January 2012. A copy of the Order is attached at Appendix (pdf format) for reference.
