The Mainland of China : Notice Concerning Licence Management for the Regulation
of New Types of Food Additives

The Ministry of Health issued a notice concerning the licence management for the regulation of new types of food additives. For details, please refer to a copy of the notice (available in Chinese only) at Appendix (pdf format).

2.For details of the "Law of the People's Republic of China on Food Safety" and its implementation regulations, please refer to CIC No. 111/2009 dated 3 March 2009 and CIC No. 380/2009 dated 27 July 2009. For details of the "Administrative Measures on New Types of Food Additives", please refer to CIC No. 224/2010 dated 14 May 2010.
