Commercial Information Circular No. 682/2011

The Mainland of China : Decision on the Amendments to the "Detailed Rules for the Implementation of the Provisional Regulations on Value-Added Tax of the People's Republic of China" and the "Detailed Rules for the Implementation of the Provisional Regulations on Business Tax of the People's Republic of China"

The Ministry of Finance announced that the Ministry of Finance and the State Administration of Taxation have passed the decision on the amendments to the "Detailed Rules for the Implementation of the Provisional Regulations on Value-Added Tax of the People's Republic of China" and the "Detailed Rules for the Implementation of the Provisional Regulations on Business Tax of the People's Republic of China", which took effect on 1 November 2011. For details, please refer to a copy of the notice (available in Chinese only) at Appendix (pdf format).
