Commercial Information Circular No. 679/2011

The Mainland of China : "Administrative Measures on the Use of the Import Promotion Special Fund" of the Guangdong Province

The Department of Finance of Guangdong Province and the Department of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation of Guangdong Province have formulated the "Administrative Measures on the Use of the Import Promotion Special Fund" which was announced on 24 October 2011 and took effect on the date of promulgation. The Measures will be abolished when the Special Fund is fully utilised. A copy of the Measures is attached at Appendix (pdf format) for reference.
