The Mainland of China : Final Ruling on Anti-dumping Investigation Against Imports of Caprolactam from the European Union and the United States

The Ministry of Commerce (MOC) issued Notice No. 68/2011 on 18 October 2011, announcing the final ruling on anti-dumping investigation against imports of caprolactam from the European Union and the United States. The relevant tariff code is 2933 7100.

DETAILS

2. The final ruling confirmed the existence of dumping regarding imports of caprolactam from the European Union and the United States, and that such dumping had caused material injury to the domestic industry. As a result, the Mainland had decided to impose anti-dumping duties which range from 2.2% to 25.5% on imports of caprolactam from the European Union and the United States. The anti-dumping measure would be in place for 5 years from 22 October 2011.
