The Mainland of China : "Guiding Opinions on Promoting Internationalised Development of Strategic Emerging Industries"

The Ministry of Commerce, the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Environmental Protection, the General Administration of Customs, the State Administration of Taxation, the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine and the State Intellectual Property Office have recently promulgated the "Guiding Opinions on Promoting Internationalised Development of Strategic Emerging Industries", a copy of which is attached at Appendix (pdf format) for reference.
