The Mainland of China : Notice Concerning Value-added Tax Policy of Software Products

The Ministry of Finance and the State Administration of Taxation jointly issued a notice concerning the value-added tax policy of software products, which took effect on 1 January 2011. For details, please refer to a copy of the notice (available in Chinese only) at Appendix (pdf format).

2.For details of the "Notice Concerning the Promulgation of Certain Policies on Further Encouraging the Development of Software and Integrated Circuit Industries of the State Council", please refer to CIC No. 119/2011 dated 18 February 2011.
