The Mainland of China : Notice Concerning "Format Specification of the Documents for the Registration of Individually Owned Stores"

The State Administration for Industry and Commerce issued a notice concerning the "Format Specification of the Documents for the Registration of Individually Owned Stores", which will take effect on 1 November 2011. For details, please refer to a copy of the notice (available in Chinese only) at Appendix (pdf format). The various documents for the registration of Individually Owned Stores (including the registration form for operators of Individually Owned Stores (residents of Hong Kong and Macao)) can be downloaded from the following website: http://www.saic.gov.cn/zwgk/zyfb/zjwj/xxzx/201110/t20111010_120040.html
