The Mainland of China :"Regulations on Safeguarding the Implementation of the Outline of the Plan for the Reform and Development of the Pearl River Delta of the Guangdong Province"

The Standing Committee of the People's Congress of Guangdong Province has recently issued a notice to promulgate the "Regulations on Safeguarding the Implementation of the Outline of the Plan for the Reform and Development of the Pearl River Delta of the Guangdong Province", which took effect on 1 September 2011. A copy of the notice is attached at Appendix (pdf format) for reference.
