The Mainland of China : "Decision on the Abolishment of 'Measures on Supervision and Tax Levy and Exemption of Goods Imported and Exported by Foreign-invested Enterprises' of the General Administration of Customs"

The General Administration of Customs has recently issued a notice announcing the decision on the abolishment of "Measures on Supervision and Tax Levy and Exemption of Goods Imported and Exported by Foreign-invested Enterprises", which will take effect from 1 March 2011. A copy of the notice is attached at Appendix (pdf format) for reference.
