Commercial Information Circular No. 572/2011

The Mainland of China : Anti-dumping Measures against Imports of Certain Iron or Steel Fasteners from the European Union

In respect of the anti-dumping measures against imports of certain iron or steel fasteners from the European Union, the Ministry of Commerce (MOC) issued Notice No. 56/2011 on 9 September 2011, announcing that KAMAX GmbH & Co. KG would inherit the rights and obligations in the anti-dumping measures against certain iron or steel fasteners from KAMAX-Werke Rudolf Kellermann GmbH & Co. KG with effect from 9 September 2011.
