The Mainland of China : The Decision of the State Council on the Abolishment and Amendment of Certain Administrative Regulations

The State Council promulgated on 8 January 2011 the decision on the abolishment and amendment of certain administrative regulations ("the Decision"), which took effect on the date of promulgation. The Decision involves abolishing 7 regulations and amending 107 regulations. A copy of the Decision is attached at Appendix (pdf format) for reference.
