Commercial Information Circular No. 571/2011

The Mainland of China : Notice Concerning Pilot Reform on the Foreign Exchange Administration System for Trade in Goods

The State Administration of Foreign Exchange, the State Administration of Taxation and the General Administration of Customs issued a notice on 9 September 2011 concerning pilot reform on the foreign exchange administration system for trade in goods. With effect from 1 December 2011, the pilot reform will take place in Jiangsu, Shandong, Hubei, Zhejiang (excluding Ningbo), Fujian (excluding Xiamen), Dalian and Qingdao. A copy of the notice is attached at Appendix (pdf format) for reference.
