The Mainland of China : Anti-dumping Investigation against Imports of Certain High-performance Stainless Steel Seamless Tubes from the European Union and Japan
The Ministry of Commerce (MOC) issued Notice No. 57/2011 on 8 September 2011 to announce the initiation of an anti-dumping investigation against imports of certain high-performance stainless steel seamless tubes from the European Union and Japan. The relevant tariff codes are 7304 4110, 7304 4910, 7304 5110 and 7304 5910.
DETAILS
2.For anti-dumping investigation, interested parties may approach the Bureau of Fair Trade for Imports and Exports to participate in the defence of anti-dumping within 20 days from the date of announcement (i.e. 8 September 2011). In the application, interested parties should submit information about the quantity and value of the investigated products exported to the Mainland during 1 July 2010 - 30 June 2011. For industry injury investigation, interested parties may approach the Bureau of Industry Injury Investigation to participate in the investigation within 20 days from the date of the announcement. In the application, interested parties should submit information about their manufacturing capacity, production volume, inventory level and details of any expansion plans, as well as quantity and value of the investigated products exported to the Mainland during 1 January 2008-30 June 2011.
