The Mainland of China : "Ministry of Commerce's Measures on the Implementation of Security Review System Regarding Merger and Acquisition of Domestic Enterprises by Foreign Investors"

The Ministry of Commerce issued a notice on 25 August 2011 to promulgate the "Ministry of Commerce's Measures on the Implementation of Security Review System Regarding Merger and Acquisition of Domestic Enterprises by Foreign Investors", which will take effect from 1 September 2011. A copy of the notice is attached at Appendix (pdf format) for reference.
