Commercial Information Circular No. 52/2011

The Mainland of China : Notices on the Abolishment of Certain Regulatory
Documents by the General Administration of Customs and Relevant Departments
and Ministries

The General Administration of Customs (GAC) promulgated the Notices No. 94, 95 and 96 on 28 December 2010 and 30 December 2010 to announce the abolishment of the following regulatory documents with effect from the date of promulgation:

  • "Notice Announcing the Implementation of 'Trial Run of Interim Administrative Measures on Bank Standing Book Deposits System on Imported Materials of Processing Trade' by the GAC, the Bank of China, the State Planning Commission, the State Economic and Trade Commission, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation, the People's Bank of China and the State Administration of Taxation";

  • "Notice Concerning Issues on Collecting Deposit for Imported Materials of Processing Trade with Supplied Materials' by the GAC, the People's Bank of China, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation and the State Administration of Taxation"; and

  • "Notice Concerning Issues on Examination of Used Machinery and Electronic Products Imported by Enterprises Located in Export Processing Zones by the GAC and the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation".
