The Mainland of China : Mid-term Review of Anti-dumping Measures against Imports of Sulfamethoxazole from India

The Ministry of Commerce (MOC) issued Notice No. 49/2011 on 17 August 2011, announcing the initiation of the mid-term review of the anti-dumping measures against imports of sulfamethoxazole from India. DETAILS

2.The investigation period of this mid-term review is 1 June 2010 - 31 May 2011, and the scope of investigation is the rate of anti-dumping duty of the imports of sulfamethoxazole from India. Interested parties may submit written comments, with relevant evidence, to the MOC within 20 days from the date of the announcement (i.e. 17 August 2011).
