Commercial Information Circular No. 517/2011

The Mainland of China : Extension of Countervailing Investigation against Imports of Potato Starch from the European Union

The Ministry of Commerce initiated a countervailing investigation against imports of potato starch from the European Union on 30 August 2010. The relevant tariff code of the product is 1108 1300. Details of the case were set out in CIC No. 398/2010 dated 2 September 2010.

DETAILS

2.The Ministry of Commerce announced in its Notice No. 46/2011 dated 15 August 2011 the decision to extend the investigation period for the case by one month to 30 September 2011.
