Commercial Information Circular No. 505/2011

The Mainland of China : "Guiding Opinions on Building the National Demonstration Region for Processing Trade Restructuring and Upgrading in the Pearl River Delta Region"

Ministry of Commerce, Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security and General Administration of Customs recently announced the "Guiding Opinions on Building the National Demonstration Region for Processing Trade Restructuring and Upgrading in the Pearl River Delta Region" ("Guiding Opinions"). The Guiding Opinions sets out the requirements, principles and targets of building the National Demonstration Region for Processing Trade Restructuring and Upgrading in Pearl River Delta Region and introduces 13 measures towards this end.
