of the Ministry of Commerce
The Ministry of Commerce
(MOC) promulgated a notice on 10 January 2011 to announce the catalogues
of valid provisions and regulatory documents, which include 183 provisions
and 502 regulatory documents respectively. A copy of the notice is attached
at Appendix (pdf format),
