The
Mainland of China : Notice on Issuing the Catalogue of Items Subject to
Pre- Administrative Examination and Approval of Enterprise Registration
of Shenzhen
The
Shenzhen Municipal People's Government issued on 26 July 2011 a notice
on issuing the catalogue of items subject to pre-administrative examination
and approval of enterprise registration, which took effect on the date
of promulgation. A copy of the notice is attached Appendix
(pdf format) for reference.
