The Ministry of Commerce, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Ministry of Finance, the People's Bank of China, the General Administration of Customs, the State Administration of Taxation, the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine and the China Banking Regulatory Commission have recently promulgated the "Opinions on Promoting Sustainable Healthy Development of Export of Mechanical and Electrical Products during the 12th Five-Year Plan Period", a copy of which is attached at Appendix (pdf format) for reference.
