The Mainland of China : Anti-dumping Measures against Imports of Dispersion Unshifted Single-Mode Optical Fiber from Japan and the Republic of Korea

In respect of the anti-dumping measures against imports of dispersion unshifted single-mode optical fiber from Japan and the Republic of Korea, the Ministry of Commerce (MOC) issued Notice No. 44/2011 on 4 August 2011, announcing that LS Cable & System Ltd. would inherit the rights and obligations in the anti-dumping measures against dispersion unshifted single-mode optical fiber from LS Cable Ltd with effect from 5 August 2011.
