The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Commerce, the People's Bank of China, the State Administration for Industry and Commerce and the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine jointly issued "The Guiding Opinions Concerning expediting brand-building by Industrial Enterprises" ("Opinions").
