The Mainland of China : "Certain Implementation Opinions on Encouraging Social
Investment and Promoting the Change of the Mode of Economic Development" of
the Market Supervision Administration of Shenzhen Municipality

The Shenzhen Municipal People's Government has recently passed the"Certain Implementation Opinions on Encouraging Social Investment and Promoting the Change of the Mode of Economic Development" of the Market Supervision Administration of Shenzhen Municipality ("the Opinions"), which includes supporting the restructure and upgrade of enterprises engaging in processing trade with supplied materials (e.g. allowing these enterprises to operate until 31 December 2012 if they are unable to restruture/ upgrade as scheduled). A copy of the Opininos is attached at Appendix (pdf format) for reference.
