The Mainland of China :
Termination of Anti-dumping Measures against Imports of Polybutylene Terephthalate Resin (PBT) from Japan and the Taiwan Province
The Ministry of Commerce (MOC) announced on 22 January 2011 that the anti-dumping measures against imports of polybutylene terephthalate resin (PBT) from Japan and the Taiwan Province would expire on 22 July 2011. Since no application for a review has been submitted by domestic enterprises or their representatives within 60 days before the expiry date of the anti-dumping measures and the MOC has considered not to initiate a review, MOC issued Notice No. 41/2011 on 22 July 2011 announcing that the anti-dumping measures against imports of polybutylene terephthalate resin (PBT) from Japan and the Taiwan Province would be terminated with effect from 22 July 2011.
