Commercial Information Circular No. 437/2011

The Mainland of China : Ruling of the Final Review on Anti-dumping Measures against Imports of Trichloroethylene from Russia and Japan

The Ministry of Commerce (MOC) issued Notice No. 39/2011 on 21 July 2011, announcing the ruling of the final review on the anti-dumping measures against imports of trichloroethylene from Russia and Japan. The relevant tariff code is 2903 2200.

DETAILS

2. According to the ruling of the final review, with effect from 22 July 2011, the anti-dumping measures against imports of trichloroethylene from Russia and Japan would be continued for 5 years in accordance with the Notice No. 37/2005 issued by the MOC. 3.For details of the final ruling of the subject anti-dumping case, please refer to CIC No. 277/2005 dated 26 July 2005.
