The
Mainland of China : "Measures on Assessment of Employment Injury"
The Ministry of Human
Resources and Social Security recently promulgated the revised "Measures
on Assessment of Employment Injury" (the Measures), which took effect
on 1 January 2011. A copy of the Measures is attached at Appendix
(pdf format) for reference.

to CIC No. 611/2010 dated 28 December 2010.
