Commercial Information Circular No. 411/2011

The Mainland of China : Memorandum of Cooperation of the General Administration of Customs and the People's Government of Guangdong Province for Jointly Building the National Demonstration Region for Processing Trade Restructuring and Upgrading and Promoting the Change in Development Mode 

The General Office of the People's Government of Guangdong Province issued a notice on 4 July 2011 to promulgate the "Memorandum of Cooperation of the General Administration of Customs and the People's Government of Guangdong Province for Jointly Building the National Demonstration Region for Processing Trade Restructuring and Upgrading and Promoting the Change in Development Mode". A copy of the Notice is attached at Appendix (pdf format) for reference.
