The Mainland of China : "Notice on Accomplishing the Task of Energy-conserving Administration on Key Energy-consuming Enterprises in the '12th Five-Year Plan'" of the Guangdong Province

The Economic and Information Commission of Guangdong Province, the Statistics Bureau of Guangdong Province, the Administration of Quality and Technology Supervision of Guangdong Province and the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the People's Government of Guangdong Province issued on 5 July 2011 a notice on accomplishing the task of energy-conserving administration on key energy-consuming enterprises in the "12th Five-Year Plan". A copy of the notice is attached at Appendix (pdf format) for reference.
