The Mainland of China : "Administrative Measures on the Individual Equity Record of Social Insurance"

The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security announced on 29 June 2011 the "Administrative Measures on the Individual Equity Record of Social Insurance" (the Measures), which took effect on 1 July 2011. A copy of the Measures is attached at Appendix (pdf format) for reference.

2.For details of "the Social Insurance Law of the People's Republic of China", please refer to CIC No. 490/2010 dated 29 October 2010.
