The Mainland of China : Decision on the Amendment to the "Interim Provisions on Import Tax Exemption for Products Used for Technological Development" and the "Provisions on Import Tax Exemption for Products Used for Scientific Research and Education"

The Ministry of Finance and the General Administration of Customs announced the decision on the amendment to the "Interim Provisions on Import Tax Exemption for Products Used for Technological Development" and the "Provisions on Import Tax Exemption for Products Used for Scientific Research and Education", which took effect on 1 January 2011. For details, please refer to a copy of the notice (available in Chinese only) at Appendix (pdf format).
