The Mainland of China : "Rules on Prohibiting Abuse of Dominant Market Position by Industry and Commerce Administrative Authorities"
The State Administration for Industry and Commerce promulgated on 31 December 2010 the "Rules on Prohibiting Abuse of Dominant Market Position by Industry and Commerce Administrative Authorities" (the Rules), which will take effect on 1 February 2011. A copy of the Rules is attached at Appendix (pdf format) for reference.
