Commercial Information Circular No. 390/2011

The Mainland of China : "Interim Measures on Advance Payment by Social Insurance Fund"

The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security announced on 29 June 2011 "Interim Measures on Advance Payment by Social Insurance Fund" (Interim Measures), which took effect on 1 July 2011. A copy of the Interim Measures is attached at Appendix (pdf format).

2.For details of "the Social Insurance Law of the People's Republic of China" and the "Regulations on Employment Injury Insurance", please refer to CIC Nos. 490/2010 and 611/2010 dated 29 October 2010 and 28 December 2010 respectively.
