The Mainland of China : Review of Anti-dumping Measure against Imports of Epichlorohydrin from Russia, the Republic of Korea, Japan and the United States

The Ministry of Commerce (MOC) issued Notice No. 34/2011 on 27 June 2011, announcing the initiation of review of anti-dumping measures against imports of epichlorohydrin from Russia, the Republic of Korea, Japan and the United States. The relevant tariff code is 2910 3000.

DETAILS

2.For anti-dumping investigation, interested parties may approach the Bureau of Fair Trade for Imports and Exports to participate in the defence of anti-dumping within 20 days from the date of the announcement (i.e. 27 June 2011). In the application, interested parties should submit information about the quantity and value of the investigated products exported to the Mainland and other markets during 1 January 2010 - 31 December 2010. For industry injury investigation, interested parties may approach the Bureau of Industry Injury Investigation to participate in the investigation within 20 days from the date of the announcement. In the application, interested parties should submit information about their manufacturing capacity, production volume, inventory level and details of any expansion plans during 1 January 2006 - 31 December 2010.
