The Mainland of China : Mid-term Review of Anti-dumping Measures against Imports of Grain Oriented Flat-Rolled Electrical Steel from Russia

The Ministry of Commerce (MOC) issued Notice No. 37/2011 on 27 June 2011, announcing the initiation of the mid-term review of the anti-dumping measures against imports of grain oriented flat-rolled electrical steel from Russia. The relevant tariff codes are 7225 1100 and 7226 1100. DETAILS

2.The investigation period of this mid-term review is 1 April 2010 - 31 March 2011, and the scope of investigation is the rate of anti-dumping duty of the imports of grain oriented flat-rolled electrical steel from OJSC "Novolipetsk" Steel (NLMK) and VIZ-Stal LTD of Russia. Interested parties may submit written comments, with relevant information to the MOC within 20 days from the date of the announcement (i.e. 27 June 2011).
