The Mainland of China : "Certain Provisions on the Implementation of 'the Social Insurance Law of the People's Republic of China'"

The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security announced on 29 June 2011 "Certain Provisions on the Implementation of 'the Social Insurance Law of the People's Republic of China'", which will take effect from 1 July 2011. A copy of the notice is attached at Appendix (pdf farmat) for reference.
